These terms govern your use of the Kuki Football mobile app and this website (together, the “Service”). Please read them. By installing or using the Service you agree to them; if you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who we are

The Service is operated by the publisher of Kuki Football (“Kuki”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us at anik@auravis.io.

2. Eligibility

The Service is not directed at children under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

3. Licence to use the Service

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell, sublicense or commercially exploit any part of it.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • scrape, harvest, mirror or systematically extract data from the Service, or use it to build or train a competing product or dataset;
  • access the Service other than through the app or this website — automated clients, bots and reverse-engineered API access are not permitted;
  • interfere with the Service, probe it for vulnerabilities, or place unreasonable load on it;
  • circumvent, disable or tamper with any advertising, consent, security or rate-limiting mechanism;
  • use the Service for anything unlawful, or in breach of anyone else's rights.

5. Accuracy of football data — please read

Match data, statistics, tables, lineups and news are supplied by third parties and are provided for information only.

  • Live data can be delayed, incomplete, or corrected after publication. Goals are reviewed, cards are reassigned, lineups change.
  • We do not warrant that any score, statistic, fixture, table or article is accurate, current or complete.
  • Do not rely on the Service for betting, wagering, fantasy football, trading or any other decision where accuracy matters. Kuki is not a betting service, offers no odds, and takes no responsibility for any loss arising from reliance on its data.

6. Third-party content and links

The Service surfaces news articles, images, media and other material owned by third parties, and links out to sites we do not control. That content belongs to its owners, remains their responsibility, and its presence in Kuki is not an endorsement. Where content is provided under a third party's own terms, those terms apply to it.

7. Advertising

The Service is supported by advertising, including advertising delivered by Google AdMob. Advertisers are responsible for their own content and for the products and services they promote; we are not a party to any dealing between you and an advertiser.

8. Coins, rewards and passes

  • Coins are a feature of the app, not a currency. They have no monetary value, are not property, cannot be bought, sold, exchanged, transferred or redeemed for money or anything of value outside the app.
  • Coins and any passes bought with them are stored on your device. They are lost if you uninstall the app or clear its data, and we cannot restore them.
  • We may change, suspend or discontinue coins, their earn rates or their costs at any time, without compensation.

9. Intellectual property

The Kuki name, logo, design, interface and software are ours and are protected by intellectual property law. Club crests, competition badges, player images and team names belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the teams and competitions being described. We claim no affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from any club, league or governing body.

10. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of it — including individual features or competitions — at any time and without notice.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or connected with your use of the Service — including any reliance on football data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss or expense arising from your misuse of the Service or your breach of these terms.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the Service in a way that harms it or other users.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the revised terms.
